Poached Egg (5)

Ingredients

  • Egg
  • White wine vinegar

Method

  1. Boil water in a pan
  2. Add quite a lot of white wine vinegar
  3. Stir water to form a gentle vortex
  4. Drop the egg in the middle of the vortex
  5. 2-2.5 minutes

Notes

Didn't foam as much as previous attempts, perhaps this was due to adding more vinegar?
