Method (from memory)
- lined a tray with foil, had the foil extend outward on x and y axis
- seasoned inside of turkey + stuffed it with an onion and thyme
- spread butter on turkey
- poured stock into foil-lined tray
- covered the turkey with the extended foil
- low heat for ages
- removed foil covering and cooked for longer with regular basting
- (a basting pippette would have been really helpful)
