Roasted Beetroot (5)
Ingredients
- 4-6 Beetroots
- Olive Oil
- Salt
Method
- Cut the stalks and then wash the beetroots
- Oil and salt them
- Add them to an oven that's been heated up to 200C and roast for 40 minutes
- Allow to cool and then using a paper towel remove the outer skin
- Can then be served hot or cold
Notes
This is basically the same as a jacket potato
