Roasted Beetroot (5)

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Beetroots
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

Method

  1. Cut the stalks and then wash the beetroots
  2. Oil and salt them
  3. Add them to an oven that's been heated up to 200C and roast for 40 minutes
  4. Allow to cool and then using a paper towel remove the outer skin
  5. Can then be served hot or cold

Notes

This is basically the same as a jacket potato
