Ingredients

  • Maris Piper potatoes

Method

  1. Add in pot, fill with cold water
  2. Add salt
  3. Bring to boil
  4. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes
  5. Drain
  6. Cool
  7. Slice into 5mm thick slices
  8. Pan fry in olive oil, seasoning with salt (About 5-7 mins per side)
