Harissa Flavoured Rice (7)
Ingredients
- Basmati Rice
- Garlic
- Onion
- Chillies
- Harissa Powder
- Parsley
Method
- Cook the rice
- Finely chop the chillies, garlic and onion
- In a wok, heat up olive oil, add the onion and allow it to sweat
- Add the chillies and garlic to the onion
- When the rice is cooked, drain it and add to the wok
- Add a little more olive oil and the harissa powder (and optionally some chilli powder or paprika)
- Fold everything together
- Finally add the chopped parsley before serving
