Harissa Flavoured Rice (7)


  • Basmati Rice
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Chillies
  • Harissa Powder
  • Parsley


  1. Cook the rice
  2. Finely chop the chillies, garlic and onion
  3. In a wok, heat up olive oil, add the onion and allow it to sweat
  4. Add the chillies and garlic to the onion
  5. When the rice is cooked, drain it and add to the wok
  6. Add a little more olive oil and the harissa powder (and optionally some chilli powder or paprika)
  7. Fold everything together
  8. Finally add the chopped parsley before serving

Serve with
